Here’s our take on a so easy so good Mediterranean dish! Start with a base of 1 can cannellini beans blended smooth with a quarter cup Tuscan Herb and generous drizzle of Baklouti EVOO, and two garlic cloves. Pile feta, cucumber, tomato and chopped parsley on top with a nice drizzle of Smoked Chaabani EVOO and dig in with pita bread or chips!
